The purpose of the Associated Student Body (ASB) is to involve all students in becoming active members of the high school community. A wide variety of clubs, activities and events play an integral role in increasing participation and encouraging student growth in the areas of belonging, self-actualization, community service and school pride. The ASB is the governing organization regarding all school activities and all action directly regarding student rights. Officers are elected from the senior class and ASB representatives from each 1st period class, school-wide, represent the student body as a whole.
What is P.R.I.D.E.?
Pride is an acronym made by the Student Relations committee. We are striving for P.R.I.D.E. to reach out to the student body, the teachers, and the administration to make our school a better place to learn, and to basically, make Mount Si a second home. P.R.I.D.E. stands for Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Dependability, and Encouragement.
